Jellyfish Lake

Right now I am just taking a small break from editing photos…. we shot an engagement session and a wedding back-to-back and it’s keeping me pretty busy. While I’m being bad and not working, I came across these memorizing and extremely relaxing images of jellyfish via Flickr by Lar3. They are completely enchanting, and I have this weird drawing to just be one of them… swimming free, mindless and one with the ocean.

It’s mesmerizing the way that the light shines through their translucent bodies! Although I’m not so sure I’d want to swim in there with them ;)

GORGEOUS!!!! I love jellyfish so much. I found a jellyfish tank for sale and seriously contemplated it…. but it was several hundreds of dollars. No jellyfish for Amber :(

I agree there is something so surreal about jellyfish. When I was in Bali they were EVERYWHERE I mean millions all huge and purple, they did not bite. I touched one and its really like jelly. :)
