Brother and Sister for Brother and Sister

It’s been a while since we’ve have little kitties scamper through the house like some kind of miniature horses… 5 years, I suppose, since the day that I brought our little runt kitten home from a yard sale out of a humble plastic tub entitled “Free”… too little to even eat soft cat food (I felt like I had rescued her or something). And I miss it sometimes; their big innocent eyes, the playfulness.. running sideways and attacking my feet (what is that, anyway?)
…So when when Thomas said to me, “I want a kitten” well, I sort of jumped on it like a duck on a june-bug. Alright, enough dramatic intro. Meet Sheldon and Gracie, the brother and sister duo – already devouring their toy mice and shredding the couch.

Oh, they’re so beautiful! Kittens are fabulous, but so destructive! I’m still waiting for my cat to grow out of that stage, I’m sure if I had any curtains he’d still be climbing them ;)
That’s sweet. I think it is good to have kids grow up around animals! What sweet cats. I loved “I sort of jumped on it like a duck on a june-bug” – adorable!!

They are PRECIOUS! Sibling cats are the best, we have two brothers and it’s heartbreaking how sweet they can be with one another.
