I’ve been a big fan of breakfast these days. I look forward to making it, trying new recipes, and even learning more about what I like to eat. I guess it’s an impact on me, because I hated almost all breakfast foods all throughout my childhood and even into my twenties… especially the sweet kinds. I don’t suppose it’s exactly positive that I’m suddenly enjoying pancakes, waffles, French-toast, donuts, and pastries, but it’s been a lot of fun making these things from scratch and putting my own personal spin on the classics. Also, what else could go so well with a homemade caramel latte? MMM-MM.
